Our dynamic reformer Pilates classes blend strength, resistance, endurance, and full-body conditioning. Our classes are designed to challenge and push you for a great workout, leaving you feeling rewarded. We offer a dynamic style of Pilates so that you can strengthen and sculpt your body. Pilates is low impact, which is gentle on your joints, but high intensity, so you can expect a burn that you'll love.

Whether you are new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, our classes offer various layers, props, and modifications to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone. Our classes are 50 minutes long and set to 9 clients per class, ensuring support and guidance throughout your session

Our Reformer Pilates flow class is designed as a gateway to our general classes and is open to everyone. This class operates at a slower pace with gentler intensity, catering to senior-aged clients, those recovering from illness or injury, or anyone seeking a slower-pace. This class aims to improve strength and mobility across various muscle groups and joints.

Beginner - all levels

Our Beginner all levels class is perfect for everyone, whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates or looking to refine your skills. This class offers layers, props, and options for a well rounded challenge. Expect low impact exercises that deliver a full body workout

Intermediate

Ready to level up? Our intermediate classes feature more advanced exercises and a quicker pace. If you're feeling confident with the Reformer machine, Pilates principles, and the dynamic style, consider joining us for intermediate sessions. Please ensure you have attended a beginner class before progressing

Private

Private sessions are available. These sessions can assist you in reaching specific goals, refining your technique, injury recovery, or simply helping you become more acquainted with the Reformer before transitioning to group classes. We offer both 1:1 and 2:1 sessions
